  What's the point of ordering in advance on the phone? My order was never made and i had to wait for it. One time the guy at the bakery took off his hat and started scratching his head...flakes falling off...another time the girl who took my order at the bakery whiles typing my order put her finger right in her nose...eeeww and this was before getting my souffle. I think she realized she messed up cos she started having awkward conversation with me. I was just not in the mood to ask her to go wash her hands...i just took my order and trashed it. Never going back!!

  We've consistently gotten incorrect food when ordering rapid take out. Each time, they've shown no remorse for making us drive all of the way back. They've remade the food when specifically requested, but offered nothing for our trouble or inconvenience. Most recently, I had to clearly drive all the way back in the blizzard, and I barely got a mumbled "sorry" when they handed me the corrected item.
